Treating your employees well and with respect is the cornerstone to a successful business. If we are representing your business in the recruitment process we commit to delivering that same respect to everyone that shows an interest in working for your organisation.
Positive Candidate Experience
This might seem obvious, but we promise to deliver open, honest and respectful communication to help support all candidates throughout the application process, whatever the outcome. Recruitment can be a time of excitement and opportunity for some but for many others it can be a stressful time, full of uncertainty and pressure whether that be from a change in financial circumstances through a threat of redundancy or of becoming unemployed. TRB will always be mindful of all candidates’ possible circumstances and endeavour to make our communication with them both timely and respectful.
Respectful recruitment practices are not complicated. Most, if not all recruitment businesses, will have some sort of CRM software or utilise facilities within a job board that makes corresponding with candidates extraordinarily easy. Yet a common practice remains in the recruitment industry today to inform a candidate at the outset of their job application, via an automated email, that if they do not hear back their application has been unsuccessful. The Recruitment Bureau believes this to be incompatible with a customer centric approach to recruitment, and the wrong way of representing both our business and that of our clients.
If our customer centric and respectful way of doing business matches that of your organisation, then we would love to become your recruitment partner to find the talent out there that you deserve.
