Jeremy has an MBA from Bath University where he specialised in Customer Services and Call Centre Excellence. He is a Fellow of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation, recognising his 25+ years involvement in recruitment alongside hands-on experience in the management and training within the sales, call centre and marketing arena. Throughout his career he has been driven to deliver exceptional results coupled with outstanding customer service.
