Fair and open pricing and rebate policy
12 Month Rebate and Replacement Policy as standard on all contracts
TRB offers three different contractual terms and an exclusive 12 month rebate and replacement policy. We are confident that we will find you the best candidates for your organisation, with longevity, but for peace of mind we offer our generous 12 month rebate and replacement policy. This means you can recruit with confidence in the knowledge if your candidate leaves at any point within the first 12 months there is a policy that will offer you a complete refund or replacement in the early stages, through to a partial refund if they leave towards the end of the first year

The Recruitment Bureau has exclusivity for filling the role for a minimum of 3 weeks.

There is a minimum fee of £2,500 for all recruitment contracts
Exclusive 12 Month Rebate & Replacement Policy
Peace of Mind Assured
We are confident that we will find you the ideal candidate. Our aim is to develop a long-term relationship with all our customers. This is achieved through finding perfect candidates with longevity. However, in order to give you peace of mind and in line with our customer centric approach to recruitment we offer this unrivalled Rebate & Replacement Policy for all recruitment assignments as part of our standard terms and conditions.
If the candidate leaves within the first 3 calendar months of starting we offer 100% refund of the recruitment fee or a replacement recruitment free of charge.
Replacement at no additional cost
If the candidate leaves after 3 calendar months but before their 6 month anniversary of starting we offer a 40% refund as well as a replacement recruitment at 40% of the original fee. This equates to a replacement recruitment at no additional cost.
Rebate available for up to 12 months
If the candidate leaves after 6 months but before their 12 month anniversary we offer a 25% rebate and a replacement recruitment at 75% of the original fee.
Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details. Rebate scheme is dependent on payment terms being met. 7 days from date of invoice for Retained contract, 30 days from date of invoice for 3 Week Exclusive and Non Exclusive.
Please Note: For the first three months the rebate will be paid if the candidate leaves your employment, for whatever reason, after 3 months the rebate is only applicable when the departure is due to the candidate resigning.
