12 Month Rebate and Replacement Policy as standard on all contracts
TRB offers three different contractual terms and an exclusive 12 month rebate and replacement policy. We are confident that we will find you the best candidates for your organisation, with longevity, but for peace of mind we offer our generous 12 month rebate and replacement policy. This means you can recruit with confidence in the knowledge if your candidate leaves at any point within the first 12 months there is a policy that will offer you a complete refund or replacement in the early stages, through to a partial refund if they leave towards the end of the first year
We offer three different contractual terms for the delivery of our recruitment services. Our 12 month rebate scheme only applies to Retained and 3 Week Exclusive

The Recruitment Bureau is retained as the sole agency to fill the role.
Exclusive 12 Month Rebate & Replacement Policy comes as standard
3 Week Exclusive
15%
The Recruitment Bureau has exclusivity for filling the role for a minimum of 3 weeks.
Exclusive 12 Month Rebate & Replacement Policy comes as standard
Non Exclusive
20%
The Recruitment Bureau has no exclusivity for filling the role.
There is a minimum fee of £3,000 for all recruitment contracts

We are confident that we will find you the ideal candidate. Our aim is to develop a long-term relationship with all our customers. This is achieved through finding perfect candidates with longevity. However, in order to give you peace of mind and in line with our customer centric approach to recruitment we offer this unrivalled Rebate & Replacement Policy for all recruitment assignments as part of our standard terms and conditions.
100% Refund or Replacement at no additional cost
If the candidate leaves within the first 3 calendar months of starting we offer 100% refund of the recruitment fee or a replacement recruitment free of charge. This is if the candidate leaves for any reason.
Replacement at no additional cost
If the candidate leaves after 3 calendar months but before their 6 month anniversary of starting we offer a free replacement.
Rebate available for up to 12 months
If the candidate leaves after 6 months but before their 12 month anniversary we offer a replacement recruitment at 50% discount to the original fee structure.

Please Note: For the first three months the rebate will be paid or replacement found if the candidate leaves your employment, for whatever reason, after 3 months the replacement offer is only applicable when the departure is due to the candidate resigning. Replacement or rebate is available only once on each position filled or placement.
