Directorship & Equity

Is this you?

  • A commitment and burning desire to build a business and your career?
  • The ability to develop effective growth strategies for a range of sectors (particularly B2B) across multiple channels
  • Agency account management experience building customer relationships and growing service revenues
  • Commercial smarts – able to identify opportunities and profitably develop them
  • Extensive digital marketing knowledge across Web, SEO, PPC, Email, Content, Social
  • Project management skills – able to co-ordinate briefing, internal team delivery and sign-off to exceed client expectations
  • A process driven and organised approach – using structured ways of working that help the business to successfully scale.
  • A growth mindset – you relish challenges and are prepared to disrupt the status-quo, objectively assess outcomes, and learn from both success and setback.

The Role
You will be managing our client’s core strategic accounts and developing account plans that support their objectives and grow revenues. You will also be developing new business opportunities and on-boarding new clients.
