Business Development Manager  £30k – OTE £40k uncapped

My client, Media & Communications Ltd are a highly successful Worthing based company. They are a specialist communications hardware supplier with an enviable reputation in the market sector. They have been established for over 25 years and currently have a turnover in excess of £13m.

They are in growth mode.  With outstanding organic growth year on year, and an ever-expanding portfolio they are now looking to increase the size of their Sales Team.  They are great company to work for, they provide outstanding training and they both recognise and reward success and have a strong track record of staff retention.  If you have the right experience, but most importantly the right desire to succeed this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly successful business.

The Role

The sales executives will speak to a range of business and public sector customers, all who have an existing business relationship. This business have a wealth of data accumulated from an extremely strong online presence. Their websites in the communications hardware arena includes Best4systems, Best4headsets and Best4safety.  They are looking for people to mine this data, generate leads and familiarise themselves with the product portfolio.

The opportunity for development

The businesses work model is for successful sales executives to grow through this role into account management positions with increased responsibility and remuneration.  There are currently around 10 account managers that have worked their way to their current position though their success as a sales executive.
